Who it is for

For job seekers, people considering a career change and anyone curious where their salary stands in the market. The answers to the hard questions about a company usually sit inside it: how is the management, how does the team work, what is the pay range, how many rounds does the interview take. RateTheWork gathers this knowledge from the people who have worked there.

What it does

• Company reviews. On management, work environment, work-life balance and growth opportunities, in employees' own words.
• Verified salary data. Shared salaries are verified with a payslip or an official social security employment record, so made-up figures do not distort the averages.
• Interview experiences. The stages, the questions asked, how long the process took and how it ended.
• Verified identity, private name. Your account goes through identity verification, but your name never appears on your posts. The result is a place that is both anonymous and trustworthy.
• Company page. Reviews, salaries and interviews for a company on a single page, organised by topic.

How it works

You sign up in the app and verify your identity. You share your experience of companies you have worked for or interviewed with, and verify salaries with a document. On the page of any company you are curious about, you read other employees' reviews, salary ranges and interview processes.
