Her ilke bir tasarım kararıdır. Renk, tipografi, hiyerarşi, dil — hepsi birer ilkeye bağlı. Beşi temel, altıncısı bonus.
Müşteri değil, kullanıcı.
Müşteri için değil, son kullanıcı için tasarlarız. Kullanıcı memnun olmadıkça hiçbir release "bitmiş" sayılmaz. Yönetici onayı yeterli değildir.
Şeffaf metrikler.
Beta sayıları, uptime, yanıt süreleri gerçek; pazarlama nidaları değil. "%99 mutlu müşteri" gibi muğlak ifadeler kullanmayız; ne ölçüyorsak onu gösteririz.
Küçük ekip, derin uzmanlık.
Her ürün 2-3 kişilik özel ekibinin elinden çıkar. Outsource yok, taklit yok. Bilen kişi yazar, yazan kişi sahiplenir.
Yavaş ama sağlam.
Hızlı kod yerine doğru kod. Geri alma planı olmayan release yayınlanmaz. Bir özelliği iki kez yazmak, hatalı yayınlamaktan iyidir.
Açık iletişim.
Brief'i birlikte yazarız, hatalı gittiğimizde söyleriz. Müşterinin öğrenmemesi gereken hiçbir teknik karar yok. Şeffaflık güvenden gelir, güven şeffaflıktan.
Etik tasarım, manipülatif tasarım değil.
Dark pattern yok, kullanıcı sömürüsü yok. KVKK uyumu formalite değildir; her veri çıktısı için "bunu kullanıcı isteyince silebilir miyiz?" sorusunu sorarız.

The Şantiye Bul project is an innovative initiative aimed at connecting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with large construction sites and projects. This project seeks to maximize the effectiveness of government oversight mechanisms, support the development of SMEs, and ensure the construction of safer and higher-quality structures across the country. With the Şantiye Bul project, it will be possible to reduce earthquake risks, prevent illegal construction, minimize risks from cheap labor, and control the use of low-quality materials. This will lead to higher industry standards and the creation of stronger, more reliable, and sustainable structures nationwide. This initiative marks a significant step toward enhancing quality and safety in Turkey’s construction sector.
